Remove Travis, pylint, and Python 2 leftovers

- .travis.yml: Python 2.7/3.6 on trusty with nosetests and a Travis PyPI
  deploy. CI runs in .github/workflows/tests.yml; releases go through
  deploy.sh.
- pylintrc: linting moved to ruff in c135af7; the file only configures
  pylint for numpy and nose.tools.
- .hypothesis/unicode_data/13.0.0/charmap.json.gz: a local Hypothesis
  cache committed in c135af7. Nothing in the repo uses Hypothesis.
- `from __future__ import print_function, division, absolute_import` in
  the database modules: no-ops on the supported Python (>=3.9).
