test(ws-connector): a silent /ws client still receives its session-addressed island

The idle test only ever published on the four-token, session-less
engine.peer.<addr>.island_changed subject, which routes through
getNewestPeerWs and never exercises the (address, session) lookup a
long-idle client actually depends on. Change the existing case to
publish on the five-token engine.peer.<addr>.island_changed.<session>
subject, where <session> is the test identity's lower-cased ephemeral
address (sessionKeyOf's own output), and add a second case proving the
legacy four-token subject still reaches an idle socket via the
newest-socket rule.
