Generate every resource, model and webhook event from the Mux OpenAPI spec (#1)

* feat(tool): vendor the Mux OpenAPI spec and map its operations

update_spec.dart extracts the specification Stainless embeds in
muxinc/mux-ts scripts/mock at a given tag (base64 + gzip), canonicalises it
(sorted keys, indented) and records the tag and digest. resources.yaml pins
the Dart namespace, method name and page shape of each of the 149
operations @mux/ts exposes, keyed by verb and path, and lists the 5
operations it deliberately leaves out.

* feat(tool): generate every model, enum, union, resource and webhook event from the spec

tool/generate.dart walks the vendored specification reachably from the 149
mapped operations and the 117 webhook entries, classifies each shape into a
closed IR (objects, open enums, discriminated unions, page/unwrap/envelope
responses) and emits committed Dart: 286 models, 41 params classes, 59
enums, 5 unions, 46 resource classes wired under client.video/data/system/
robots, and the webhook event part with its type dispatch table. Inline
objects and enums are deduplicated structurally, inline unions alias to
their named twin by discriminator mapping, and the one nameless inline
union is named in tool/spec/union_names.yaml. Output is formatted with the
package's language version and --check fails CI on drift.

Generated decode tests feed every class its minimal payload plus the
specification's own examples. The hand-written video.uploads reference is
retired in favour of the generated resource.

* feat(tool): generate a mock-server test for every operation

test/generated/operations_mock_test.dart calls each of the 149 operations
once against Steady, the spec-validating mock server Stainless tests
@mux/ts with, started by tool/mock/run_steady.sh. Steady rejects any
request that fails validation, so every generated path, query and body
encoding is exercised end to end without a Mux account.
