* build(zmx): advance ZMX_REV to v0.8.1 for per-client terminal tracking

the pinned zmx stopped answering DA1/DA2 after the first terminal attach and never resumed after
detach, so queries emitted before a responding client attached could time out. The v0.8.1 release
computes the flag from the connected terminal clients, which is the prerequisite for the host-side
query answer discussed in #567. The range also adds SIGWINCH to the foreground process group on
re-attach, raises scrollback to 10k lines, and moves kill's stale-socket notice to stderr.

that last change turned ZmxClient's `.staleSocket` outcome into `.failed("no output")`, since a
successful invocation returned stdout alone. Kill invocations now merge stderr into the text the
exact-line classifier reads; list keeps stdout only because its stderr carries the no-sessions
notice the parser would reject as a row.
