Disable service links on operator-managed pods (#751)

Sets `enableServiceLinks: false` on the build Job and appserver
Deployment pod specs created by the operator, and keeps it false after a
`LlamaDeploymentTemplate` overlay is merged. Nothing in the appserver
reads the `*_SERVICE_HOST`/`*_SERVICE_PORT` variables (it uses
`LLAMA_DEPLOY_BUILD_API_HOST` and the `envFrom` Secret), so this only
trims env vars that were never used and keeps pod environments small in
namespaces with many services.
