feat: add is.Anything, is.SameInstance, is.Zero matchers (Wave 1)

- is.Anything[A any]() — always-true placeholder matcher
- is.SameInstance[A comparable](expected) — pointer/reference identity via ==
- is.Zero[A any]() — zero-value check via reflect; handles typed-nil interfaces
  correctly by using reflect.ValueOf(&actual).Elem() to preserve the interface
  wrapper, consistent with Go's own == nil semantics

Code review findings addressed:
- Zero and SameInstance now clear match.Actual at the start of each Matches
  call, preventing stale failure state when used as AllOf sub-matchers
- Added tests for typed-nil interface edge case, and stale-Actual clear-on-pass

Also adds stories/ backlog with 15 matcher stories sequenced into 5 waves.
