fix(core): markdown, html and text return string | null (#48)

A content rule whose selector matches nothing resolves to null in the
API response (verified live: data.markdown and data.text are null on a
non-matching selector with status success), and the client returns it
verbatim.

Update the return types so consumers handle the null case and adjust
the tsd assertions.
