test(a11y): put List Box, Transfer and Combobox under the WCAG gate (#1257)

The three components carry the densest ARIA in the library and none of them
was audited: the gate reported 0 failures while six list boxes shipped a
required-children violation.

Each gets 4.1.2 and 1.3.1 asserted, keyboard operation as manual, and
Transfer additionally asserts 4.1.3 by moving an option and reading the
status region back. Combobox opens its popup first, since a collapsed panel
hides the listbox from axe entirely.

List Box owns one open gap and keeps 1.3.1 unasserted until it closes: a
sections-selectable section label is a role=button inside the listbox, and
the empty placeholder stays inside it when a filter hides every option.

Two runner changes make the audit see what the docs page shows. An example
driven by a sandboxJs snippet rendered as inert markup before, so the
missing wiring was reported as the component's own defect — 18 of the 21
violations found here were that artifact. Snippets now run with the example,
each in its own module scope so two of them can declare the same name. And
a criterion carrying a GAP note prints it, because a defect of ours reads as
the application's problem under the "author" status otherwise.
