feat(colors)!: retune the theme colours so white text reads on them (#1255)

* feat(colors)!: retune the theme colours so white text reads on them

Only `primary` paired with white text; `success`, `info`, `warning` and
`danger` carried black, because their bases sat at lightnesses between 61
and 81, where neither polarity clears a contrast gate. Four of the five
bases move to the brightest point where white text clears both WCAG 4.5:1
and APCA Lc 75, and `success`, `info` and `danger` switch their `contrast`
slot to white.

`primary` keeps its brand value and already cleared both gates.

`warning` is the exception and stays on black: no hue of yellow carries
white text at 4.5:1, and the nearest one that does is a rust orange. It
moves brighter instead, where black reads at Lc 75 rather than 69.

`info` also shifts four degrees of hue. At 252 the sRGB gamut caps chroma
at 0.171 and the colour reads as petrol once darkened to the ceiling; at
256 the cap is 0.196 and it reads as blue.

The contrast on a pair stops depending on which colour it is: the same
slot pairing spanned 3.76 to 6.09 across the palette and now spans 4.50 to
5.65.

Visual baselines: the four `invalid` frames move because they are drawn in
`danger`. macOS regenerated here; Linux comes from the CI artifact.

* test(visual): take the Linux invalid baselines from the CI artifact

The four frames are drawn in `danger` and move with the retuned base. The
diff images confirm the change is confined to the border and the icons.

The two `multi-select` frames the Linux run also fails on are untouched:
they disagree on image height, they fail on `v6-dev` as well, and they are
not this change.
