fix: point the century demo at this repository

The headline demo - linked from the README and run by its own CI workflow -
called Mix.install([{:gen_server_virtual_time, "~> 0.5.0"}]). It was
demonstrating the published package, not the code in front of it, so no fix
made in this repository could ever show up in the demo, and the workflow could
not catch a regression here either. It now resolves the local path when the
script sits inside the repository and falls back to the published package for a
standalone copy.

The timing claims were wrong in both directions. The script header promised
36,525 backups "in milliseconds"; measured runs take seconds (1-7s for the
raw-process approach, 13-117s for the DSL approach, depending on machine load).
The README promised "~2 seconds", which this commit also corrects.

The demo also does not reach its stated goal. Measured "Started" counts:
35652 in CI and 29634 locally against the published package, and 33169 locally
against this repository's code, against an expectation of 36525. The demo
printed that gap in parentheses and reported success regardless. It now states
the shortfall and its likely cause explicitly, without failing the build.

That shortfall is a real library issue and is left open: advance/2 can move
past work whose actors have not scheduled it yet. With a century-long advance
the acknowledgement budget is capped at 30s, so an actor that falls behind does
not stop the clock from jumping to the target, and the days it never rescheduled
are never simulated. It predates this branch and needs focused work rather than
a wording change.

Verified: formatting, 389 tests passing.
