assets: make the logo background transparent

The logo was rendered on an opaque black square, which shows as a black
box on any README background other than black.

- Rebuild it from the 1254x1254 design source with the black outside
  the sticker's white outline made transparent, and the anti-aliased
  edge turned into partial transparency, so no dark fringe remains.
- Downscale it to 500x500 and quantize it to a 64-color palette with
  alpha: 26 KB, about the size of the opaque file it replaces.
