Remove winddir aggregations (#376)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

This partially addresses #371 by simply removing wind direction
variables from possible aggregations. After discussion the best way to
produce daily average winddir is by using the average u and v components
and not trying to average hourly direction values. However, miranda
convert / aggregation functions are not currently built to handle
combining multiple outputs into a new one so production of average
winddir fields will be something users will have to derive themselves
outside of a miranda workflow.

Note winddir conversion of units and addition of cf-attrs from various
source datasets remains useful and valid but the `aggregation`
functionality is currently not possible or easily implemented in the
current code structure


### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
Yes it removes wind direction aggregation
