### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Lat/lon coords in 1979 CaSR v3.2 hourly files seem to have a tiny
difference, which causes a time dimension to be added to lat/lon when
the files are loaded together for daily aggregation. The fix ensures
that lat/lon remain 2D spatial coordinates.
