builtin: require Logger impls to provide write_view or write_substring

Logger's write_view and write_substring are mutually defaulted with no
#must_implement_one guard (unlike Show's output/to_string pair), so a
type implementing only write_string or write_char compiles but hits
infinite mutual recursion between the two defaults at runtime; no
default chain ever reaches a user-provided write_char.

Guard the trait the same way Show is guarded. Existing impls in the
repository (StringBuilder, Buffer) both implement write_view and are
unaffected; implementing the deprecated write_substring still satisfies
the constraint, keeping the gradual migration path open.
