feat: put the log on the terminal, and say when the server refuses (#32)

There was no live log on a handset. The pipeline was a rolling file
plus WriteTo.Debug(), and the Debug sink reaches an attached debugger
and nothing else -- so an app launched by adb, which is every
deployment /kick makes, had no listener and left only the file,
readable after the fact by somebody who knew to ask. Three diagnoses
on 2026-09-10 went that way: an empty address book, a send that failed
silently, a sync that never ran.

LogcatSink writes through Android.Util.Log under its own tag, so
`adb logcat -s Link:V` is a live tail. Not the console sink, which
calls Console.set_ForegroundColor and throws on Android -- the comment
about that has been in this file since the app existed. Own tag rather
than the runtime's app_process64, which is shared with every managed
message on the device.

FellowshipClient now says when a request is refused. It returned null
on every non-2xx, and each caller turns that into an empty list or a
false, so "the server refused you" and "there is nothing here" looked
identical on screen -- which is exactly what made an empty address book
cost an evening and a database query. The line carries route and
status and nothing else: a body on the POST route can hold a password.

Debug builds drop the minimum level to Debug. appsettings asks for
Information, right for a member's phone and wrong for a cable and a
terminal, where it hid the "did not arrive" line that is the only
thing distinguishing a dropped request from a refusal.

All three are Debug-only.
