feat: show the service position in the contact selector (#29)

A row showed a name, a home group and GSR standing. Fellowship now
sends the member's intergroup service position too, so the row shows
that as well and the search matches on it -- somebody who wants the
Secretary and does not know their name had no way through the list.

Standing becomes a join over whichever parts are present rather than a
switch over every combination: three fields is eight cases written
out, and the next one added would be sixteen. Order is group, GSR,
position -- the first two belong together, since GSR is a job at a
particular group and reads as nonsense detached from one, while the
position is intergroup-level and stands alone.

position is parsed leniently like the two before it, so a Fellowship
that does not send it yet is an absent line rather than a broken
address book. The two halves can ship in either order.
