fix: keep cleared messages cleared (#28)

Clearing deleted the local store and nothing else, and the poll asks
for everything above the highest id held -- so a cleared store asked
from 0 and the server refilled it within seconds. Returning to the
message list runs a sync on appearing, so they were back before the
member had finished looking at the empty screen. The button's entire
visible effect was nothing.

Clearing now rewrites the file rather than deleting it, keeping one
number: how far it had got. HighestIdAsync returns the higher of that
mark and the newest id held, so a message arriving after a clear still
moves the poll forward, and clearing an already-empty inbox cannot
walk the mark backwards.

Signing out must not use it. The mark belongs to the member who set
it, and inheriting it would hand the next person an inbox that
silently refuses to fetch their own history -- so ResetAsync is split
out for that, and deletes the file outright as before.

The stored shape changes from a bare array to an object, and files in
the old shape are still out there: they are told apart by their first
character rather than by catching a JsonException, which is
indistinguishable from the corruption this class answers by returning
nothing.

The screen no longer warns that messages come back on the next sync,
because they do not.
