fix(forms): reach a floating-labelled field inside a control group (#1233)

A picker built with `floatingLabel` puts its field one level deeper —
`.form-control-group > .form-floating > .form-date-time` — while the
cleaner and validation rules matched only a direct child. Result: an
empty labelled picker kept its cleaner visible, and `.is-invalid` (or
`:user-invalid` under `data-coreui-validate`) on the field never reached
the frame, whose border is the only one the user sees.

Both rule sets now match the `.form-floating` variant as well, including
the validation-icon suppression on the inner control.
