feat(status): choose when typing clears a blocked or completed status (#585)

adds Settings > Agent Status > Status reset with three values. On first key is the default and today's behavior. On Enter clears on a bare Return or keypad Enter only, so a reply started and abandoned keeps the glyph until it is sent. Disabled leaves the status to the agent's hooks and Clear Status. Esc and Ctrl-C keep clearing an active glyph in every mode; that rule covers a cancelled prompt no hook reports.

the keystroke path classifies each key as interrupt, submit or plain typing in agtermCore, and the pane-scoped clear reads the setting live from the app mirror. session type follows the same setting, a newline in the text counting as Return. Dictation and accessibility inserts never count as Return.
