fix: expose the offcanvas plugin as `coreui.Offcanvas` in the UMD bundle (#1229)

The UMD entry named the class `OffCanvas` while the ESM bundle, the
per-plugin file, the declarations and the docs all say `Offcanvas`, so a
consumer following the docs against the UMD global hit `undefined`. The
global now carries `Offcanvas`; `OffCanvas` stays as an alias of the same
class so existing scripts keep working. Migration guide notes the change.
