* fix(browser-extension): Configure JSX through oxc for vitest 5 / vite 8

vitest 5 pulls vite 8, which transforms with oxc instead of esbuild and
dropped `jsx` from its ESBuildOptions type, so `esbuild: { jsx: 'automatic' }`
fails the typecheck with TS2769. The oxc equivalent is an object,
`oxc: { jsx: { runtime: 'automatic' } }`. Verified both against vite 8's
published types: the old form reproduces the exact error, the new form
type-checks clean.
