feat: receive push on the iOS head

PushRegistrar.ios.cs answered false and null. That was the honest answer
while there was no Firebase iOS SDK in the app: iOS hands over an APNs
device token, Fellowship sends through FCM, and message.token needs an
FCM registration token — a different identifier that FCM rejects if
given the wrong one. Nothing exchanged one for the other.

The binding is AdamE.Firebase.iOS.CloudMessaging, not the
Xamarin.Firebase.iOS.CloudMessaging the README suggested. Microsoft
archived those and the newest targets net6.0-ios15.4, so it cannot
restore against a net10.0-ios project at all.

  * FirebasePush.ios.cs configures Firebase at launch, takes the APNs
token from the delegate, and answers the FCM token. A build with no
GoogleService-Info.plist reports unavailable and the handset polls,
exactly as an Android build behaves with no google-services.json.
Kept close to Hand's copy, which does the same job.
  * The app delegate opens the push. Fellowship sends a *silent* one —
content-available and the two envelope fields, no alert — because the
server cannot write the notification: it cannot read the message. So
the app unwraps with the key that never leaves the handset, stores
the message and raises the notification, showing the sender's name
and "New message" and nothing else, the same two things the Android
    half shows.
  * The completion handler is called on every path. iOS throttles
background delivery by how long the app takes and how often it says
it had nothing, so a path that forgets to answer is a handset pushed
to less and less often — which reads as an intermittent server.
  * UIBackgroundModes gains remote-notification. Without it a silent push
is delivered to nothing at all.
  * LinkAppleSignIn is renamed LinkPaidTeam. It gated the entitlements
file, which now holds aps-environment as well as applesignin — both
grantable only to a paid team, so they genu... (continued)
