* fix(devices): sync Chrome UA with Puppeteer

Frozen Chrome 62 strings mismatch the launched Chromium
and are a trivial fingerprint.

* fix(goto): ignore non-Chrome browser.version()

Firefox returns Firefox/<version>; stamping that into a
Chrome UA is a worse mismatch than the Puppeteer fallback.

Also write the live UA back onto the returned device so
callers see the same string the page received.
