fix: mask secrets in prefixless logs and Printf

colorizedWriter.Write masked the formatted line and then rebuilt it from the raw
line when the prefix was empty, discarding the masked copy. MakeLogs gives only
Info an empty prefix, so a secret appearing in the host address or host name
reached the output unmasked. Masking now runs after the final format is chosen.

stdOutLogWriter.Printf never masked at all, which affects direct callers of the
package that use Printf; nothing in spot does. Its message is masked now.
