feat(log-analysis): add ArduPlane landing attempt analysis

Add a Plane Landing log-analysis subsystem for ArduPlane 4.7.x logs.

- Detect landing attempts within operational flight segments.
- Handle stage transitions, restarts, mode exits, aborts, GPS stops, and disarms.
- Extract LAND-stage, firmware-message, mission-target, and event-time parameter evidence.
- Analyze ARSP, GPS, BARO, and configured rangefinder telemetry.
- Report rangefinder status, acquisition continuity, and disengagement events.
- Validate required log evidence and conservatively reject malformed or non-finite data.
- Register the availability and analysis models with the log-analysis subsystem.
- Add comprehensive tests for detection, evidence association, sensor selection, and edge cases.
