Add runschema → nomad-simulations schema mapping reference

Add docs/reference/runschema_mapping.md: an attribute-level mapping of the legacy
runschema (Run/System/Method/Calculation) onto the modern nomad-simulations schema
(Simulation → Program/ModelSystem/ModelMethod/Outputs), one section per runschema area,
in the same table style as the parser mapping reports.

Each row is Mapped (direct equivalent), Partial (renamed/restructured/lossy), or Unmapped
(no modern equivalent). The Unmapped rows double as a coverage-gap audit of nomad-simulations
(e.g. Stress, VibrationalFrequencies, atomic Charges, Multipoles, volumetric Density/Potential,
frequency/time meshes, per-atom Pseudopotential internals, and several whole System sections).

584 attributes mapped: 189 mapped, 210 partial, 185 unmapped. Authored by reading both schema
sources; each section self-checked so every left path exists in runschema and every cited target
exists in nomad-simulations.
