A plan for the road between an unreadable payload and a card

Production has rejected fifteen payloads since the service booted, and fourteen
of them carried an answer the reader would have accepted: whole-sentence bolding,
a marked half of a two-token surface, a copy of the context that missed by one
letter. The parse verdict is what clears the page, spends twenty-five seconds and
buys a paid answer, and as a reason to do any of that it is right about one case
in fifteen.

The plan holds the evidence — every rejection with what it actually contained,
the measured tolerance of the context rule, and what llmbroker does with the lane
that loses the race — and the four parts agreed with the operator: repair locally
instead of rejecting wholesale, treat the model's copy of the context as a key
rather than a claim, separate "the pool did not answer" from "the answer is
unusable", and take the pool's next answer through a new llmbroker call before
paying for one.
