refactor(deps)!: rename the optimization extra to pyomo (#329)

Follows the `simulation` -> `ffsim` rename for the same reason, which applies
even more strongly here: the extra named a capability it cannot deliver alone.
Pyomo is a modeling language, not a solver, so installing `[optimization]` left
the automatic mode relabeling silently ineffective until the user also picked a
solver. `pyomo` names exactly what it installs and leaves that choice visibly
theirs. It also stops colliding with the three unrelated meanings of
"optimization" already in the API (two public modules and the transpiler stage).
