Add `ReleaseActions` and non-character `SendKeys` support  (#74)

* feat: add `ReleaseActions` support for clearing persisted input states

- Implemented `Client.ReleaseActions` to send the `WebDriver:ReleaseActions` command.
- Updated documentation and examples in README to include `ReleaseActions` usage.
- Extended protocol support matrix to reflect completed command.
- Added transport layer tests for response validation and error propagation.
- Introduced integration test to verify DOM event state transitions for released actions.

* feat: add WebDriver special-key support for element entry and keyboard actions

- Introduced typed constants for the complete WebDriver special-key catalog.
- Updated `WebElement.SendKeys` to accept special keys alongside ordinary text.
- Implemented typed keyboard action models (`KeyDownAction`, `KeyUpAction`, `KeyboardPause`) for `PerformActions`.
- Enhanced `PerformActions` with cross-device synchronization for keyboard inputs.
- Documented special key usage in README with examples for element entry and keyboard actions.
- Updated protocol support matrix to reflect completed features.
- Added unit tests for payload validation, error cases, and integration tests with Firefox.
