* feat: add typed mouse action models and W3C `PerformActions` support

- Added `actions.go` with public APIs for `MouseActions`, pointer actions (`PointerMove`, `PointerDown`, `PointerUp`, `Pause`), and pointer origins (`ViewportOrigin`, `PointerOriginCurrent`, `ElementOrigin`).
- Implemented `PerformActions` in `Client` to send mouse actions.
- Introduced precise JSON marshaling for W3C-compliant wire payloads.
- Included unit tests for payload validation, transport errors, and edge cases.
- Extended integration tests to verify live behavior with Firefox.
- Updated CI to test against Firefox 139.0.4, 140.0.4, and 141.0.3.

* docs: revise README and update usage examples
