Add an agent usage badge and Nix tooling

Publish a tokens-only AI burn badge using the repository's dedicated gist. Pin agent-badge in the development shells and load the flake through direnv so the same CLI is available to contributors.

Keep refreshes manual and ignore local badge state, caches, and logs. Declare Bash for the direnv file so the existing ShellCheck hook can validate it.
