Prototype native abort propagation and cleanup

Validate the C++ side of F7's proposed boundary using injected statuses and ordinary exceptions. Cover cleanup, helper invalidation, recovery, and output suppression with mutation-checked tests.

Keep the prototype separate from the extension until the real Zend boundary and PHP-reference cleanup contract are established. Record the evidence and remaining limits in the ownership review.
