opt: copy-propagate expression-temp assigns (#284)

Rewrite uses of t2 := t1 when both are expression temps of the same
size, kind, and gprExtend. Address-taken ids, named locals, AddressOf,
Inc/Dec, Call, and Label stop the map. Dead-temp then drops the copy.
