ast: store compound bodies as BlockItem, not a raw ASTNode bag (#282)

Block and the builder compound list hold Declaration | Expression |
other statement. Classification happens in BlockItem::fromNode when a
node leaves the statement stack. Bind and GNU ({...}) query the arms.
