Preserve exceptions from lazy object initialization

Property enumeration can initialize PHP 8.4+ lazy objects and run user code. Stop conversion through the existing native unwind path when that code throws, so later template compilation cannot replace the original PHP exception.

Cover ordinary ghost and proxy conversion, exception identity across source and AST rendering, and engine reuse after failed initialization.
