* feat(utilities): a denser spacing scale

$spacers steps 3-9 are .75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 rem (were 1 /
1.5 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 8); 1 and 2 stay. Every spacing, gap and gutter
utility follows. Components keep their size: everything that padded with
the old step 3 reads --cui-spacer (1rem) instead of --cui-spacer-3, so
cards, alerts, modals, drawers, popovers, callouts, list groups, the
sidebar and the reboot margins do not move. Utility pages list the new
values; migration entry.

* chore: raise the minified grid ceiling by a quarter kilobyte

coreui-grid.min.css lands at 9.83 kB with the denser spacer values
(fewer repeated literals to compress); 10 kB, size work comes at the end
of v6.
