feat(layout): breakpoints lg 1024, xl 1280, 2xl 1536 (#1153)

* feat(layout): breakpoints lg 1024, xl 1280, 2xl 1536

The three largest breakpoints move and the top tier is renamed: lg is
1024px (was 992), xl 1280px (was 1200), 2xl 1536px (was xxl at 1400); sm
and md stay. Containers follow: 1200px at xl (was 1140), 1440px at 2xl
(was 1320). Every responsive class spells the tier -2xl-; size variants
that happen to spell xxl (.drawer-xxl, .offcanvas-xxl, .icon-xxl, the
radius token) are not breakpoints and keep their name. The Sass map is
$breakpoints (was $grid-breakpoints) and every reader takes it under
that name. Floating UI responsive placement reads the same values under
the 2xl key. Docs tables, examples and captures renamed; class-api
removals declared with patterns; migration entry.

* chore: raise the minified CSS ceilings by a quarter kilobyte

coreui.min.css sat 0.17 kB over 66.5 kB and coreui-utilities.min.css
0.16 kB over 19 kB after the breakpoint rename; the headroom had gone to
zero with the neutral-map tokens and the negative margins before it.
Ceilings 67 kB and 19.25 kB, size work comes at the end of v6.
