Fix nil pointer panic in FileDialog before Show

The file dialog only creates its popup in Show, but MinSize, Refresh
and Dismiss dereferenced f.dialog without checking it. Calling
MinSize on a freshly created dialog crashed, and since Resize
consults MinSize, resizing before Show crashed too.

Guard the three methods like the other FileDialog methods already do.
MinSize returns a 1x1 size before the popup exists, matching the base
dialog type, and Resize keeps storing the desired size so it is
applied on Show.
