docs: relocate stray markdown to proper homes; import server-components spec

- documentation/server-components/: server-components.md (usage spec),
  server-components-principles.md (axioms/derivation), frame-streams-rfc.md
  (wire format) — imported from dom-expressions docs/, which described the
  frames runtime that now lives in @solidjs/web.
- documentation/proposals/: the two root-level PROPOSAL files move here
  (branded store types #3092 assessment, keyed list driver audit).
- documentation/expression-origin.md: absorption provenance note, moved
  from packages/EXPRESSION_ORIGIN.md.
- packages/signals/docs/: INTERNALS-ASYNC-STATE, INTERNALS-STORE-STATE,
  SPEC-ASYNC-SEMANTICS, write-coalescing (from design/), and rules-mining/
  join the existing queue/bitwise docs; package root is clean. Source and
  test comments citing the old paths updated (comment-only).
- documentation/resources/examples.md deleted: 2023-era Solid 1.x
  CodeSandbox links, all stale.
