docs(rules): refresh agent rules against current reality

- solid-core.mdc was from March: src/server/ is a full mirror runtime
  (not empty), lazy() rides async-memo semantics with { export }/preload,
  Loading/Reveal live in flow.ts, hydration facades documented.
- web.mdc: document the server-functions, frames, and serialization
  submodules (and their export paths, MATRIX.md, decoder ownership rule).
- architecture.mdc: signals is an internal workspace package, not an
  external dependency (and now listed in the package map); babel plugin
  is @solidjs/babel-plugin at packages/babel-plugin; flow list updated
  (Boundary out, Reveal in).
- signals.mdc: NEW — engine source map, pinned semantics (suspension,
  latest shadows, store fold paths, optimistic compose), and the
  change checklist (size budgets/ratchets, __DEV__ stripping, stale-dist
  rebuild order, facade mirroring, mangle-props).
