Update testcontainers-go to v0.44.0 to drop docker/docker

testcontainers v0.44.0 replaces github.com/docker/docker with
github.com/moby/moby/api and github.com/moby/moby/client, which removes the
module carrying four open dependabot alerts. Three of those had no patched
version, and the docker/docker +incompatible line tops out inside their
vulnerable range, so bumping it directly could not have cleared them.

MappedPort now returns network.Port, so the two port formatters in the secrets
tests use Num() instead of Int(). Everything else took the upgrade unchanged.
