feat: Color and RGB-LED support (#194)

- New minimal-dependency color-model family: RGBColor<T> and HSV<T>, plus a named color palette.
- JLedRGB/JLedRGBHD (+ group variants) for three-pin RGB LEDs, built as `TJLedRGB<Hal, Clock, RGBColor<T>, Derived>`. These use the same state machine and effects (Blink, Breathe, Candle, ...) as the monochromatic JLed, just parameterized on color instead of brightness.
- examples/rgb and examples/hello_rgb demonstrating RGB effects.
- Renamed UpdateResult::Brightness/HasBrightness to Value/HasValue so the same result type serves both brightness and color.
