fix: give CI artifacts a server to talk to (#8)

appsettings.json is git-ignored, so no artifact CI produced had ever
carried one. That was correct while nothing installed them and wrong the
moment they became something to put on a phone: the first sideloaded
.ipa opened on a real iPhone, offered Google sign-in, and failed on
every call afterwards, because the app had no idea which intergroup it
belonged to.

Both jobs now write appsettings.json from the LINK_BASE_URL repository
variable before building. A variable rather than a secret -- the test
bed's address is in this README -- but still not a tracked file, because
that is where a credential naturally gets typed and Hand published a
Better Stack token exactly that way.

Only BaseUrl is written. CallbackUrl defaults to link://auth in
FellowshipConfiguration and PollSeconds to 120, so nothing here adds a
fifth place for the callback scheme to disagree with itself.

The variable being unset is not a failure: the build succeeds and the
sign-in screen says the app has not been set up, which is what a fork
gets and what every artifact got until now. The value is validated as
https:// and free of quotes and backslashes before it is written.
