refactor(Drawer): declare --cui-drawer-sheet-width (#1083)

.drawer-sheet read max-width as var(--cui-drawer-sheet-width, 760px),
with $drawer-sheet-width only ever reaching the fallback, so the token
existed nowhere a reader could find it. It is now declared in the drawer
token map and read plainly. Same rendering.
