fix(stepper): say "alternative", not "alternate", in the conditional-expression explanation (#458)

A conditional expression's (`x if p else y`) false-branch step explanation
read "...will evaluate alternate" - "alternate" reads as the verb ("to
alternate between things"), not the intended noun ("the alternative
branch"), which is confusing in a student-facing explanation. Only the
display string changes; the underlying AST field name (`alternate`, an
estree convention) and internal field-matcher keys in syntaxProfile.ts are
untouched.

Fixes #445.
