fix(address-space): distHelpers must not import node-opcua-test-helpers

The fixture resolver shipped in distHelpers pulled findUp from the private
test-helpers package, so any consumer of construct_demo_alarm_in_address_space
failed to load outside the monorepo. The package-root walk is inlined.
