docs(css-variables): list every root token from the compiled stylesheet (#1066)

The Root variables section rendered one scss-docs block: 31 of the 444
custom properties declared on :root, written as Sass source rather than
resolved values. The palette, every theme slot, the surface ladders, the
spacer and radius scales and the z-index stack were documented nowhere,
so nothing told a reader what there is to override.

It reads dist/css/coreui.css now and prints all of them — 447 on the
built page. Our root tokens live in three separate :root rules, so the
pattern collects every occurrence rather than the first.
