Drop the per-line timestamp from inlined failure log rendering

_render_task_log()'s rendered lines each carried the original event's own
timestamp, but Airflow's own JSON wrapper already timestamps the
summarize_country_results log line each one gets inlined into - showing
both looked like a duplicated/inconsistent timestamp (two different
clock readings on what reads as one line). Level is kept (it's genuinely
useful - e.g. an ERROR line inside an otherwise INFO-level task log -
and isn't shown anywhere else), just the timestamp is dropped.
