fix(keymaster-ui): Load the identity name when the selection changes (#1031)

The effect keyed on the selected identity cleared the name and set its
loading flag, then returned without fetching. Nothing set the flag back, so
the Current Name field showed its Loading... placeholder indefinitely and
never displayed a name that was set.

Only resolveId read the value, and all fifteen of its call sites are action
handlers -- migrate, backup, nostr keys, publish credential, set or remove
name. The field therefore filled in as a side effect of doing something
unrelated, and emptied again on switching identity. refreshAll, which runs
on mount and on selection, reads didDocumentData.address two lines from
where the name would come from and skips it.

loadIdentityName mirrors loadAvatar beside it: resolve the DID, read the
property, clear the flag in a finally. IdentitiesTab in wallet-ui already
does this, which is why the wallets were unaffected -- they mount that
component rather than this one, so only keymaster-client and
gatekeeper-client showed the empty field.
