deps: Bump browserslist, fast-uri and postcss-selector-parser (#1030)

Replaces six dependabot PRs whose lockfiles cannot be installed (#1022).

Each of those regenerated a lockfile by pruning a nested version of a
transitive dependency and leaving an incompatible hoisted one behind, so
npm ci refused them: yaml@2.9.0 under vitest and vite-node, and
conventional-commits-filter@5.0.0 under git-raw-commits. The root branches
also dropped the entire @emotion tree that MUI depends on.

Regenerated here with npm update under npm 10.9.2, the version every
workflow pins. The nested entries survive: yaml resolves to both 1.10.3 and
2.9.0, conventional-commits-filter to both 3.0.0 and 5.0.0, and all fifteen
@emotion entries remain.
